Our Team.
As a family, this Mother and son combo is comprised of Bonnie Rush and Michael Bass.
Chef Rush is a banquet chef who has worked for the Country Club of Asheville as well as Season's at Highland Lake, executing events with a high range of people as well as budget, from business lunches to wedding receptions, she can handle any and all events.
Michael Bass chose baking and pastry instead of savory. From managing cafes and bakeries, to being the pastry chef at Matsuhisa in Denver Colorado, he has experienced anything the pastry world can throw at him.
